Refund Policy

At Botanicactus SL, we strive to provide a satisfactory experience for all our visitors. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we apply the following refund policy:

General Admission

• Tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation of the service by Botanicactus (e.g., exceptional closure of the venue).

• If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you can reschedule your visit by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

Guided Tours and Groups

• Guided tour or group reservations can be canceled with a full refund if notified at least 72 hours prior to the tour date.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable, but a date change may be offered, subject to availability.

Space Rental

• For venue rental cancellations, at least 7 days' notice is required for a full refund.

• Subsequent cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but the reservation may be rescheduled based on availability.
